Optical Sales RepresentativeOPEN
The role
- Welcome customers and understand their needs — in-store, by phone and on WhatsApp
- Present eyewear and support customers with frame selection
- Coordinate appointments, orders and customer follow-up
- Process payments, insurance documents and customer records accurately
- Support after-sales service, stock and boutique standards
- Keep the shop clean and tidy
Your profile
- Positive attitude & excellent customer service
- Sales-driven mindset · well presented
- Comfortable working with computers (training provided on our system)
- Interest in healthcare / optics — experience is a plus, not a must
- Fluent in English and French
- Living in Quatre-Bornes or nearby
Working hours — full-time
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 09:30–17:30
- Thursday: 09:30–13:00
- Saturday: 09:30–16:00
- Sunday & public holidays: closed
- 📍 Newry Complex, St Jean Road, Quatre-Bornes
